Programmes that engage and inspire communities through the arts: Workers of Art is passionate about working within communities to engage new audiences with and through the arts. We work through festivals and events that engage the community and support them through a process of development to design and deliver an event over which they have a genuine sense of ownership. Many of our community events engage locally based artists in collaborative activity that supports their creative development and encourages the project’s sustainability.
